A Couple of Things

My game with my uber save died so am starting again. This is my first opportunity to try the game with the January transfers. So I am using the editor to change a few things, I want to give Portsmouth -9 points and or make them so much in debt that the go into administration. How do I deducted 9 points myself, also on the editor where you can choose the debts. The option for state, it that money owed to the country, ie Tax??

I'm not sure how you can enter point deductions in the editor.

You might try in the section for the EPL settings.

The club debts can be edited in the Portsmouth section. For the tax debts you can edit in a loan which is fully refundable at a certain date within the 09/10 season.

Just keep in mind that Portsmouth would get a second 9 point deduction in the game once they enter receivership.

Just pick a random useless reserve team player and set his salary to 10mil/week and his contract end date to a few weeks after you start. You'll go into administration soon enough.
