Evilc
I am at the end of the first season with Clyde. We have won promotion to Division One, but all my players are out of contract. The problem is that we are a part-time club and the players receive £20 per week. None of my players will accept anything other than a full-time contract - and at £90 per week. Indeed, no player in the world, no matter how long he has been unemployed, will accept a part-time contract. Is this a failing of the FM2010? Or is there a way round it that anyone can suggest? Evilc
As nobody has answered, does this mean that no-one has ever encountered this problem? Or has nobody ever tried managing a part-time club with little or no money?! :-(
Sead Muratic
In my experience, there will always be players who will accept part-time contract, whether they are of the standard you require or not is another matter. And I have managed countless teams far smaller than Clyde.
