I can't un-install fm2009, can somebody please help?

I don't know what I did but I uninstalled before but it is still on my system. I go to un-install again and it says launchanywhere files are missing. So I can't un-install it because I want to install it. So there's half an install or something on my laptop and I can't install or un-install, just stuck in the middle. Any help would be great

I would recommend using a cleaner program to remove what's left of the game, CCleaner can be used for this, you simply use it to un-install the game and then run the program to clean up after the game.
