Touchline ban

I had to serve a touchline ban for my last match. We lost 3-0, due at least in part to some very poor decisions by my assistant manager. In real life, if Ferguson or Mourinho have to serve a touchline ban, their assistant won't make a 17th minute sub with the scoreline tied for no apparent reason. I know the ass man doesn't agree with my team selection, but there's a reason why he assists me. Likewise, if I sub off the same player in the 60th minute every game, I should be able to tell my assistant to do this for me. In real life, when a manager has a touchline ban, it doesn't give their assistant free reign to manage the team however he'd like. We should have more control over what happens when we have a touchline ban.

Also, why can't I abuse refs during the game to get sent off during a match? I hate having to wait until after my team loses to complain.
