Data Editor stopped working?

First post on here. I'm having a problem opening the data editor. It's been working fine for weeks so I don't know what's happened.

The message I get when i Click on open data editor is this :

"THIS APPLICATION FAILED TO START BECAUSE MSVCP71.DLL WAS NOT FOUND. RE-INSTALLING THE APPLICATION MAY FIX THIS PROBLEM."

I've just re-installed it 3 times and i'm getting the same message.

Any ideas?

You need to download that DLL file and stick it in where your editor is, or system 32. Just type that file name into google.

Also when I uninstall the game, when the unistallation finished box opens, it says :

UNABLE TO REMOVE DIRECTORY :C/PROGRAM FILES (X86)/SPORTSINTERACTIVE/FOOTBALLMNAGER2008/DATA

I've also reinstalled the 8.02 update - and still nothing's happening

I had to put both of the files into - Local disk ©, user name, program files, sports interactive, football manager.
