Last day transfers Bug

Here's the deal: I'm in Scotland's 1st division and wanted in the last day of the transfer window to get 2 players. Went for the last day because I had no idea to sign them anyway but just decided to go for it.

I bid for them as they were transfer listed too, bid was accepted then I get the "Offer contract" screen but.. I can't do that - no button.

Turns out a bulgarian team has also bid for the player and for some reason not only have their offer accepted but the player negotiated terms with them and signed. Mind you that happens all in the last day, last few hours of the transfer window.

Happened exactly like that with both players I tried to sign.

If its a bug it should be in the bugs forum surely?

I just want to make sure it's a bug and see if anyone else had this happen to them first. Although I do believe it's a bug.
