david_vdb Posted January 26, 2010 Share Posted January 26, 2010 I have started a game with Leeds United, and I selected for example the Belgian leagues as "playable". Still, if I click on a player from that competition (and in other selected competitions as well) I am not able to scout him with one of my scouts. All I am able to do is put them on the shortlist. I think in League 1 most clubs allow scouting of UK and France. When you inevitably get promoted to the Championship, you tend to get most of Europe. So really France and UK is possible? It looks like it, because I can scout France and not Germany, Spain, and so on.
