Phil-MaCrackin Posted January 13, 2010 Share Posted January 13, 2010 I have just signed this regen(striker), well he's coming in January and he has a pa of 194, what I was wondering was do attributes only improve in ways that are pre-determind way for example he has 16 for finishing now will only ever get to maybe 18 even if he more potential pa available?
