Or do we need to create an 'Off-Season' schedule and move them all into it ? I would imagine this would be set to 'No training' for a few weeks then more 'Physical Training' etc ? Personally, I always used to have some intensive physical training set up for when they come back from holiday, but then I forgot, and I didnt notice any difference, so haven't bothered with it since....
