I know its pre season and they need to get fit , but does it really take 8 days for players to recover after a game? so im playing games with players who have " 60% " fitness - thus allowing teams to run round these tired players any help out there? Vic Taylor Posted December 27, 2009 Share Posted December 27, 2009 Start the season and see if your players are still taking so long to recover. It makes sense that players would take longer pre-season to get back to match-fit. Also, try to give players with very low fitness a day's rest after a game.
