LIVIforLife
have you heard of the intensive training technique. it is well known to improve all players but requires a big squad as your team willl get knackered. Search for it lower down in the threads. i'll try to post a link later if i find it.

LIVIforLife
yeh thats why you need a big squad . i struggled a bit to start off with in my huddersfield town save but after 3 seasons i won the premierleague by one goal! also try to buy a few loans in 1st season if your a lower leagues team. look at ridleys good lower league player thread.
