Romeolo888 Posted November 27, 2009 Share Posted November 27, 2009 just wanted to know why it takes each player to blend into squad takes three years? i brought obertan and it took three yearsbefore the assist manager stopped saying he needed to blend in. beckham and bent are in there 2nd sesason and still trying to blend in. sometimes its ridicoulous cause it affects the team performance! sneakysmeagle22 Posted November 27, 2009 Share Posted November 27, 2009 Not saying these are the exact reasons for your players but possibilities are (but even then 2-3 years seems excessive!): Players adaptability rating How often you change tactics/formation Amount of playing time he gets - in he in his favourite position? Language Determination and other personality conflicts Admittedly im in my second season and a couple of players still have a few problems. I bought a french goalkeeper in my first season and he still hasn't learned english. The ass man doesn't always report a problem with the language barrier though, it changes depending on the defenders i select (I have some english, some french and some brazilian!) - i like this feature but like you say it can affect performances!!
