A really strange sacking

I found this trawling through my Wolfe save a minute ago, keeping an eye on Maradona's job, and I found it to be really strange:

Now using FMRTE I found the only reason he could have been sacked is for being over in the wages, £312k pw as opposed to a budget of £301k, but with Bochum having £37m in the bank and the chairman ticked as sugar daddy (despite his 5 resources) I would think it unlikely. P.S. the media predict a bottom finish for Bochum.
