Whats happening to my team?

Help please!Im ruining a good season,and i dont know why!I manage Napoli in the serie A,expected to be mid table.For the first 10 games i did what i had to do:won the home games i should have won,drew some away matches,lost some,won some.

But now,i dont know why something strange is happening:I dominate my home games against lower side teams,but i cant get more than a 1-1 draw.In away games my team plays always nice....but in the last 20 minutes we screw it all up and we conceide 2-3 goals.Or playing away,i manage to score the 0-1 goal....only to get destroyed in the remaining match time!

I went from 4th on the table to 10th....:-(
