Momox
Hi everyone, posting from France, excuse me if I said something not exact . I'd like to speak about training and compare different strategies. What I'm currently doing is basically separating in two groups my players after a match. Those who are under 90% => Technical training with light or none fitness in order to recup asap. Those who are above 90% => General with all in the middle. I never use attack or defence, do you guys use these trainings? Are they effctive? In the beginning of the season I put everyone on general training with max fitness. When a player is wounded I set him to technical with light fitness. I always set GK to Gk's training... And you, how dou you use the training part of this great game? Regards. Declan Barry
What I do is put everything on intensive but goalkeeping for outfielders and attacking/defending for goalkeepers. What this does is improve stats in all area and giving youngsters a more balanced game.

Momox
If you put everyone on intensive, do you manage to keep your players at 100%, even when you've got 3 matches in 10 days? Anyone has anything else to say? Thanks;.
Declan Barry
I play a rotational so my squad is normally full of depth but because it is on fitness intensive they balance each other out and most are over 90 all season.
NffcBash
Never seen or done the rotation strategy before, might try it! I just use different schedules for Goalkeepers, Defenders, Defensive Midfielders, Attacking Midfielders and Strikers. Basically Tactics Intensive on all outfielders, with Motivational just on Intensive on Goalkeepers. Then Attacking Intensive on the attackers and attacking midfielders with Defensive on Intensive on all Defenders and Defensive Midfielders. Everything else set to medium.
