Chelsea 1-0
Has anyone else been experiencing this? Everytime I hold a staff meeting I get advise about tempo or width or a playing a certain position/formation, and everytime my assistant strongly disagrees. I think if one of my staff said Messi was a good player, he'd strongly disagree.
HunkOfJunk
I ignore most of my ass man advice, especially regarding tactics. If you team is playing well and getting results there is nothing you will need to change until you notice a drop in performance or a series of bad results. Fanatical Ollie
I get annoyed when they say...let's play a normal tempo and a normal defensive line and play with normal width! hah...

If you team is playing well and getting results there is nothing you will need to change until you notice a drop in performance or a series of bad results. That's what I've been doing, in fact most times I don't even hold the meeting, but I had Real Madrid coming up so thought I'd take a look. Somebody recommended I use a defensive midfielder and I ignored it. Five minutes in I saw a big hole between midfield and defence when they were countering and immediately stuck in a DM. They barely had a chance the whole game after that, so I think there is some good pieces of advice given at times.
