bigdave01973
Help. I am new to using a pc and playing fm09. How do i access the data editor in FM09? A friend tells me to click the start button and look for sports interactive icon and the editor option should be found there. I did this but sports interactive is not showing in the list. Can anyone tell me how to access it please. Sorry for the dumb question but i am a complete novice to a PC. P.s. I have installed FM09 onto my machine!!! Thanks in advance
SWaRFeGa
Your friend is incorrect! C: > Program Files > Steam > Steam Apps > common > Football manager 2009 > tools > data editor
Death.
The game automatically is installed into the following location i believe: C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009 So to get to this, open the 'My Computer' folder which should be on your desktop. Double-click 'Local Disk (C: )' and there will be a file called 'Program Files' there. Double-click that and inside there you will find the FM folder. Inside that you will find everything for FM including the editor. I'm not sure exactly where the editor is from there, because i don't have it installed to check, but if you open some of the folders and have a check i'm sure you'll find it.
