Here is a question , I usually do this first I select a team and look at there coaches , and see what are they are good at , if he isnt 18 19 20 on his specific training area i sack him and get a new coach ... Is this a good thing to do?? What else should I look for in a training coach other then the Attributes like Attacking , Defending and the other skills???? Having 19 - 20 Attack ofcourse helps but is there another att, that i should also compare to increase training potential???? Grimoz Posted October 19, 2009 Share Posted October 19, 2009 I dont see how sacking a poor coach for a good coach can be bad, you do however have to take into consideration the effect he has on your team, he may have a good relationship with the players.
