2canplay
Hi Guys, I have a couple of young Spaniards and Argentians in my System. Should I have a Spanish Coach in the mix to make sure these guys get what I need them to do? Will they always have trouble communicating with their teammates without a Spanish Coach? Brian Shanahan
It depends on their adaptability stat, if it is high they should adjust to England, it may take a bit of time though, if low they may have problems. I find tutoring also helps, especially if the senior player is if the same nationality, e.g. Torres mentoring a young Spanish striker. If you can afford it and are not at your limit for staff, though go for it. My coaching staff is usually a UN peacekeeping force. If the player has a coach as preferred person and the coach is good definitely, it worked wonders for me with two Brazilian FREDs in an old save from the same club. 2canplay
Hmmm. Interesting (as well as your other comment in the other thread). I have tried to figure out how to arrange this tutoring thing, but I can't figure it out. How exactly is that done?
