As for the second, NO; league reps stay static, so there is no possiblity of you being able to get the very best palyers to come to MLS, you might be able to train them but as soon as a half way decent european team comes in they'll want to move, and your board may accept ridiculuously low offers for them, saying "it's too good to refuse". So its impossible to increase MLS reputation season by season? i knew its impossible to sign very best players at start, so reputation is FIXED!
