In the past I have purely looked at star rating, but am I missing something as most of my current 5-6 star coaches have only local/regional reputation. Many thanks for all advice, Lee I've experienced pretty much the smae my friend, my best coaches are unprovan or local. Mind you the highest star rating i've got from one of those coaches was 5 but then again i was managing in League One and in 2017/18 if i remember correctly Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
