nickisok
when you want to look into the stats of a player, you'll need to spend some time in it. either by sending a scout, or by offering a trial. i was wondering why the same thing shouldn't apply to your staff : the trainers, fysiotherapy etc. why are their stats avaidable at the start? for example, a player retires and became a trainer. his stats are shown directly. why not send a scout of your own club (already proven his skill, so you know his stats) to look how he is doing? or offer the new trainer a trial, so that he can prove his skill on your club. i think this would make assembling your dream staff a bit more satisfying. phnompenhandy
It's a good point. Players are on TV and analysed in the media - we ought to know even their 'hidden' attributes before long. But backroom staff are not in the spotlight - how should we know the motivation of a Brazilian physio before hiring him?
nickisok
indeed, a unknown physio could be bad or very good, but a club doesn't know this right away. there should be some sort of research done to get to know their stats
