Fullback Posted June 22, 2009 Share Posted June 22, 2009 I'm managing Athletic Bilbao, and placing 3rd/4th most of the season but bottom out and finished 5th. This season I dropped points to two relegated teams. Very frustarting as i beat barca the week before. I know someone is gonna say "Its your tactics mate..." but tactics aside is there anything I can do to stop the rot? Its happened at other clubs but eventually works itself out but my two seasons so far at Bilbao have been identical. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
foofighter23 Posted June 22, 2009 Share Posted June 22, 2009 Get your self a bigger squad and play more of the fringe players later on in the season as your 1st team is bound to get jaded playing for a full season. try giving your key players a rest in a few home games against lower teams to keep them fresh at the end of the season Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
