the-craig
I decided to buy Freddy Adu in the January transfer window, little did I know he needed a work permit. It is now the end of the season and he is still needing one in order to play for me. That isn't the only problem though, no team seems willing to take him on loan abroad for the mean time, meaning I'm paying his wages for him to do nothing. Anybody have any idea how to get this sorted out? Many thanks in advance
arsenal_2111
Welcome to the forums I'd suggest offering him a contract with 'Key Player' status, this sometimes gets a player a Work Permit. the-craig
TY Gutter is already have him down as key player already. I don't think the board was keen on feeder clubs last time I tried, although I could give it a go as it mentioned. Any ideas as what to do in regards to that? arsenal_2111
Having the squad status key player is different to offering him a squad status role of key player when offering a new contract, you sure you're not doing the former? I'd try offering him another contract anyway, there is a chance he will get a WP.
