Roo Posted May 23, 2009 Share Posted May 23, 2009 If i'm not mistaken, the roam option makes the scout stay in the region untill you recall him. He will feed you with reports several times a month. When not ticked, the scout will return in a month or so. I don't think "roam" has any effect on the quality or quantity of the reports in a month, but obviously it will eventually lead to more reports, as the guy stays in the region.
