ahmufcwafc
http://www.footballmanagerwiki.co.uk/index.php?title=Windowed_Mode 1. Right click on the FM09 icon on your desktop & select 'properties'. 2. In the target field, add "-windowed -small_screen" at the end of the target, with a space between the target & "-windowed -small_screen" & obviously no quotation marks. 3. Click 'ok'. 4. Double-click the Football Manager 2009 shortcut on your desktop & it should open up in a window. Note: You MUST do this with a desktop shortcut & NOT with fm.exe. Otherwise, it won't work. Have you tried this solution?

Calvin!
"C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -small_screen -windowed
ahmufcwafc
You need to add the bit I said to the end of your FM09 shortcut target field, not the steam shortcut. And it's -windowed -small_screen that you put at the end. If you don't have a FM09 shortcut on your desktop, navigate to C:\progam files\steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2009, right-click FM.exe and then send to... desktop.
