Players to load

what are the best countries to load all players from and how much does it slow down the game down

This all depends on the type of game you want really. If you want to play as a top side, then it is probably going to be better to load the leagues you want to manage in, plus say Brazil, Argentina etc so you can pick off the talent coming through. If you are going to play as a lower league side in say Scotland, Wales or England say... Then load all players form the home nations and some european nations which your not loading (Belgium, Holland, Eastern Block countries) so you get some bargains in.

As for slowing the game down - it has much less of an affect than loading the whole league from that country, but as a trade off - the players won't develop as well further down the line.
