Player 'issues'

In my asisstant's pre match report it was noted that one of my players...'is having some issues motivating himself to play for you as his manager'

What's all that about then?

Any ideas how to 'resolve these issues'?

or should I just go and sleep with his girlfriend?

try praising him but only for a good performance and it may cheer him up a little if he is feeling unappreciated.

also try looking in his personal menu in case there is any issues wiht his home land in which you can send him on a leave of absence. i did this with Ortega once. hope this helps.
