Newbie Question: Hold Up Ball Command?

I play a slow and short 4-4-2, should I instruct a player to hold up the ball and which player optimally should Hold the Ball up.

Finaly what should his optimal rating be?

Personally I'd set one of your strikers to do it (your target man, if you are using one). Ideally, he should have high Strength and probably First Touch attributes. Plus decent Passing if you actually want him to do something useful with it after he's held it up.

You'd be better off looking in the tactics and training forum though.
