Player values

Just wondering what people think about masking player values. That way, as a manager we would have to figure out what we deem an appropriate value for our players and players we wish to buy. Thinking it would add a bit more realism to the game?

Any thoughts?

There has been a lot of discussion on player values recently. I believe a while ago there was a call to have the player values removed so that people could only make a decision based on form etc. Obviously there would be a set value that the selling club value the player at but that would remain anonymous to the player.

I certainly think that something needs to be done with this feature, i like the idea of having no player values until the player is scouted at which point the scout tells you not how much he's worth, but how much the club may want for him. This could be regulated by the player potential and ability stats.
