A seeded group + knockout with every team going through

I'm creating a fantasy tournament with 8 teams and there are 4 competitions each year: 
The League, knockout tournament cup and super cup were easy to set up but I wanted a group + knockout tournament with the following rules: 

Split randomly into two groups of 4. 
Each team is then seeded and pitted against the opposite from the other group: 
1) 1st in Group A vs 4th in Group B
2) 2nd in Group A vs 3rd in Group B
3) 3rd in Group A vs 2nd in Group B
4) 4th in Group A vs 1st in Group B

Then that would create a quarter final, then:

Winner of QF 1) vs Winner of QF 3) 
Winner of QF 2) vs Winner of QF 4) 

And then a final and 3rd place playoff. 

I'm using the advanced rules and the seedings for round section but I'm confused about the ranking of each team as there are two separate groups but I'm ranking the teams 0-7

Any ideas how to solve this?
