Badges too small, team name bar disappeared (basically what have I dong wrong?)

Hi all,

Newbie to all this and tried inserting a lower league team badge for FM18 and it's been a 'close but no cigar' effort.

Despite creating a 18x25 (heightxwidth) and a 180x180 version they both look too small within the game compared to the others.

In addition my team's name no longer appears in the league table or fixtures and is instead replaced by just a small badge in the centre.

I've attached pics for more context. Will be grateful for any assistance on this.
