FM06 Editor Issues

Hi, Hoping someone can help.

Having 2 seperate issues with the editor on FM06.

1 - Windows 7 Laptop - Have re-installed game from scratch, and can load normal games. Have gone to create a player, save database, but when I load a new game, it doesn't have the new player. Go back it to the editor, and the player I created and saved is now not in there. Worked fine previously.

2 - Windows Vista laptop - Re-installed the game from scratch, start a new game, but it has all the players that i created prior to uninstalling the game.
