FMT Switch wishlist

After playing all the FM’s over many years I decided to try the Switch version on Nintendoas it looked good, and it does. For me though all the effort has gone into the 3D match engine and little else. Compared to recent PC versions there is very little training and scouting. No teams of coaches or scouts. My main gripe though is I can’t communicate with my players at any stage. No team talks, I can’t congratulate them when playing well or criticise them when playing poorly. This is a massive oversight and ruins the game for me. How can I manage a football club if I can’t talk to anybody. I bet even Pep or Jose couldn’t do that! Please can there be better communications, scouting and training in the future.
