No reserve team, no u19s

So, I'm currently playing as Kristiansund BK in Norway, things are going great, and it's probably one of my most enjoyable saves ever.

However, I've got a really annoying problem.

From investigating with the editor I've found that my second team starts in "a lower division". This is two tiers below the lowest playable league, and searching the forums has told me there's no way they'll ever get promoted two levels through unplayable divisions.

Concerning the U19 team, I'm asked every year if I want my u19s to join the u19 league the upcoming season, but they never do.

As you can see, this makes it difficult for me to develop my players, get fringe players match fit, and as I said it's just really annoying.

I've downloaded the in game editor, I've tried FMRTE and FM Wizard, but none of these programmes seem to be able to help me in solving these problems.
