Practice not changing any stats (including condition)

Hi everyone. I am not sure if this is a bug or just me missing a Point.

I am playing the german DEL, early start 2nd of July, Stats shown as 0-100 (not sure if this may have any Impact).

I am trying the "malhora's good practice" practice settings. So far (about a month into the game) my guys dont seem to practice at all. Condition does not Change (it does if i set my head Coach to Train my Players, at least i think so), stats are only dropping, as far as i have seen. i tried different pratice Settings on different Players. Condition never changed. Even when i put all my Players on a strictly everything on intense practice. I am not expecting stats to jump to 100 in a month, but seemingly trained stats dropping? And all without any effect on condition (which stays at 98%)?

As this is my second game and in my first the Kind of Training did have an Impact at least on condition, as far as i noticed, i would like some advice on what i am missing here. Thanks a lot.
