(FM15) Macclesfield Town to the top

Hey guys!

I started a carrier as unemployed. My experience was sunday football, and I had National B licence. I expected a job in Conference North/South with these parameters. I have lots of interview, and at the end I got ahttp://www.kephost.com/image/SuTh job, in the Conference by Macclesfield Town. My starting day was 4th of October, Matchday. The team was in the 20th position, but the sqaud was pretty good. The board asked me to lead the team to the upper middle table. As I said, the team was pretty good, but there were some really bad players with ridiculous salary, i tried to send them away but it was hard. We had a good start, 'til the end of january we were heading to the top of the table. After January something went wrong.. We were always the better team, but only in the second half. In the first one, the opposite always scored 1 or 2 goals, so we had to run for the draw. Our finishing was really, really bad, and the goals of the other team were preceded by ridiculos mistakes. Even though in January I thought we can reach the playoff, since February we had lots of draws, and we couldn't reach higher positions. To not to be sad, we won the FA Trophy. And now, pictures:

In the second season a tried to keep the core of the team together and make it a little bit stronger. I feel both of these were succesfull. http://www.kephost.com/image/cSJ3 (Transfers)

Board expectations: Win the Conference, Win the FA Trophy again. I thought it is a little bit difficult, at most i look for another job, if i wont be succesfull.

In the end, we won the title fairly easy, we were in the first position from the beginning. I was suprised after the performance last year. And according to the expectations, we won the FA Trophy as well.
