Can't start the game (game is already running)

Hi,

I have this problem, app already running. EHM always starts and I saw it in task manager list. I have done my homework with Google but nothing seems to help in eliminating the problem.

I have tried to

- restart Steam (several times)

- running game in administrator

- running Steam in administrator

- verifying game (several times)

- restart computer (several times)

- reinstalling EHM

- renaming steamapps folder and after that install EHM again

- killing EHM with task manager (several times)

- starting Steam offline and back online

- reinstall Steam

Non of this works and I am little bit frustrated just now.

I would be grateful if someone find or know something else I could try next.

I almost forgot to say that EHM work normally few hundreds hours and this problem came without warning.
