A little suggestion for FM2009 Editor

Something that may take away some of the need for the create-a-league option in the database (although it is a very good idea and I have always wondered why it has never been introduced) would be league AGMs being built into the game.

At the AGM the clubs from nations such as the USA and Australia with rigid league systems could meet and decide on extensions to their franchise (such as Seattle becoming an MLS franchise from 2009).

It would also be useful for leagues with no relegation like Soctland and Singapore, as it would allow the chance to chuck out consistently poor teams such as East Stirlingshire and replace them or even perhaps negotiate a promotion/relegation system.

The AGM for the Conference is a good example too. This could be built into the game as a way of giving the clubs some control over who goes north or south if you're managing someone like Solihull Moors, Redditch United or Worcester City who are on the borders of both the BSN and BSS.

Good idea to implement these meetings I think, after all they do happen in real life and have important effects on clubs.
