[Required B teams in lower divisions]

Hi, I'm trying to add nation rule where teams in the top division must have their B teams playing in 2nd or 3rd level.

Could someone more experienced with advanced rules say if it's possible to:

1. Automatically promote B team to 3rd level if main team gets promoted to the top division
2. Stop B team from getting relegated from 3rd level if the main team plays in the top division
