You have to do it individually for each player. You go into player interaction and pick the move you want the player to learn.
Thanks! Can they actually learn so much moves in one season?

Ok, the MC's do better when they can both defend a bit and great in attack. So from that list it would be either Rossi and Toulalan. The others would be better retrained as FC's or wingers.
Rossi as in the ex-man united striker Rossi? I thought he's a striker? I missed out Toulalan, he's now signed with Real and they won't even sell me a bacteria

I got a question. I copied this from the first post:
Preferred Move Training
DC: Stay back, Don't dive in.
FB: Stay back, Don't dive in.
MR/L: Run/Dribble with ball down right/left.
MC: Try long shots, Shoot with power.
FC: Run with ball through centre, Place shots.
So these preferred training moves are in the training or do I have to set it individually for each player?

This is good stuff. I started with Man utd and the first 15 games was abysmal. My record was 4 wins, 7 draws, 4 loss. I was 10 points off the pace and lying in 9th place.
Then I came across this thread and tried out the tactics. After another two drawn games, I finally nicked one against Chelsea and stayed unbeaten. I won the Premiership with 1 game remaining (beating Man City to 2nd place), kicked the **** out of liverpool in the league cup. But I got my ass whooped totally in the FA cup. So no quintuple, but still has the Champions league, a final game vs Inter!!
Here's some interesting stuff I'm trying to solve:
1. Against Man City, I was completely overrun. I played Man City 4 times in one season and only won 1. Lost the other 3. Blackburn and West Ham gave lots of problems too. I think 4-3-3 sort of counter this tactic. I countered it by putting in my hard workers like fletcher, park, hargreaves... and kept flashy players like Nani and Ronaldo out.
2. Rooney just can't seem to work. I played him on the left side of the striker's position (with the arrow down), he turned out crap. Tried him on the right, he can't fit in either. In fact, none of the United strikers seem to fit in. Tevez is okay sometimes, most times he's not. Berbatov... I don't even want to talk about this guy.
But so far so good, if I find out what's wrong with my strikers and how to get around 4-3-3 successfully, I'll let you know
Just to add, I am using V4 for home and V5 for away. How is V6 different? Is it used for both home and away games??

I've finished my season. Beat inter 3-0 (berbatov finally decided to play good, but too late, I've made up my mind to sell him). Used V5 and when I went 1-0 up, switched to V4 and progressively got more and more defensive as the clock wound down.
I'll try V6 and the training schedule for the second season
