Right clicking on players names to shortcut to a specific section or action can be a little bit fiddly at times, especially if you have to navigate multiple sub-menus. As a laptop user this feels even more fiddly as one slightly overenthusiastic flick along the trackpad after going down 2 layers take my cursor slightly off the menu and the whole thing disappears.
I was thinking a wheel-style menu (a la Rockstar's weapon selection wheels, or like the actions in The Sims) would make it easier to select the options and would be more aesthetically pleasing. You could even customise the position you wanted each option in eg. Move to Squad in the top right, Training at the bottom etc.
Or if the current menu format were to stay, I think that it shouldnt be so sensitive to your cursor moving slightly off the menu. And potentially make the fonts larger to reduce the likelihood of misclicking.
