I would like to see the way us as managers pick a club to be a feeder club/overseas partnership/etc altered, as more often than not I find the suggestion that you make to the board isn't compatible and it's an extended period of time before you have an option with the board to choose a feeder club again.
My ideas to improve this would be the following:
A system implemented where if your board ask you to pick a club the game will give you an idea of which clubs would likely be accepted, this could be a system such as a percentage value where certain percentages would give you a higher chance of making a partnership or a none/low/medium/high system next to clubs to give you a template of which clubs would be worth suggesting, potentially an unknown option too if you don't have much knowledge on the club, this could go hand in hand with scouting players and it would over time give you more knowledge about the club in regards to potential partnersships.
