Hello, I am in 2045 with the same club I started with in 2019 and when I go to Scout -> Package -> Youth Reports, it tells me that I have no package and the total observer budget is 0 € on 15.25m €. I also tried to use FMRTE to change the Budget, the transfer budget and the engagement budget, but I solved nothing. If I ask the property to increase the scout budget, it tells me that it is already high. How can I solve it? Game version: Football Manager 2020 20.2.3-1330207 (e.g. 2026), purchased as usual.
