  1. Ernest, I'm playing with Madrid and I've won 16 and drawn 1 of my 17 games so far this season with this tactic (that includes spanish cup, la liga, and CL im in november atm)

3.6 goals per match, 0.4 goals conceded per match

definitely helped once my team gelled together

and those stat's are using a very strict rotation selection policy (i have two completely different starting 11's for my la liga to my spanish cup/champions league group stage)

  2. the problem is with making plug and play tactics you have to accept that it's a video game and not an actual simulator (as we discussed on MSN)

realistically you'd NEVER have 2 strikers playing the EXACT same way at top flight, but for a tactic to be globally effective you have to exploit the match engine (hence the players side by side with the exact same settings/etc, to take advantage of a minor flaw in the engine to make it so effective) somehow so everyone can get the full use of the tactic

  3. mr hough, do you plan to make another tactic soon/are you working on anything? this tactic is great, one of the best, but i'm a bit opposed to playing the 3 striker formations long term as it seems very dull/unrealistic at times (im not having a go at you/insulting your tactic, as i said it's very great, gets good results)

maybe a 4-1-2-1-2 or something that employs a trequar'/attacking mid for a bit of razzle dazzle, or inside forwards, just a suggestion/just curious if you're doing anything, great work with this masterpiece though

  4. which is the best way for the attack? should the left striker be left or right footed

to rephrase: i know the advantages and disadvantages of both, but what do you feel is the best way to do it, with the left footed one on the left he can cross it in alot easier + hit the far post/across the face of the keeper, but ive noticed with FM that alot of times goals go in easier when shot at the near post/inside of keeper, which means a right footed one on the left would be able to bang them in at near post and play through balls when receiving the ball outside the box/hit a long range shot better

  5. mr hough sorry to bother you but since you are the expert of this tactic as you made it could you help me with my question

for the 2 CM's, should the left CM have a left or right footed player, same with the right CM, and same question for the 2 wide strikers, should the right striker be right or left footed.

sorry to be a bother, thanks for help

  6. just a quick question if any1 can help me

for the 3 strikers, which foot is preferred for each one, eg, should the left striker be left or right footed, what about the central one, and the right one

also the same with the 2 CM's, should the right CM be left or right footed, same with the left CM

    thanks for the help
