İ have the absolute same issue with Beşiktaş and my transferred player Mert Cetin i will upload two different save files with you 4 days before contract offer and the with must respond situation 

By the way yes i had adjusted my budget as always depending on requirements 🙂

You can find them  as  "stuck yldzonur.fm" and "before stuck yldzonur.fm"

I am partially agree with you as it seems like official for now , but all we know that it will not implemented at real life as it is. Its clear to see that for most of Turkish football fans

You are referring to editor but there is also some kind of a bug with the editor you can find the photo as attached.

The photo is taken just after the opening rules and test them "Without any adjust" the rules dont take pass from test with their defaults, so you can estimate the result after editing foreign rules. 

I realized that right after i have completed the edit  , than load the defaults and test them Without edits because the errors is not related with foreign rule. 

So whats your next suggestion ??
