Using your new 41212. Some patchy results at first but as my team gets used to it my results get much better. Now 18 games unbeaten with my AM Hamsik dominating and scoring for fun. Well done Mr Hough and thank you.

Could somebody explain to me why this closing down tweak is producing better results?
Is it to do with the fitness and condition of players or the team and player pressing working in better harmony?

playing as Juventus in a career game, Currently on a 55 game winning steak in the league, I've been using my unbeaten first season and mine and JP's tactic in the second season.
Which is the best in your opinion? do you use the closing down tweak?

Ive set my closing down for my team to the middle. It took a few games but now my team are kicking butt.

Yeah,so its the same as the defensive line of the team. Im not saying its going to work, ive just started using it, but it makes tactical sense that team pressing and closing down should be the same.
LOL i cant believe your trying to tell Mr Hough how to make tactics, sorry but your an amateur compared to him,im sure Mr Hough doesn't need your help to make great tactics.

JP knows the wizard very well so he helped out alot that's why I'm not taking all the credit half of the work goes to JP.
It is my Initial latest wizard tactic but converted into the wizard with a few more tweaks from me and JP.
The wizard is the future,we all need to embrace it. I think SI will take out the classic function eventually.

The new wizard tactic is very very solid. Its no wonder so many people are having long unbeaten runs. Is Woody your defensive coach Mr Hough? lol. My Burnley team are in the champions league and challenging for the title,team is no great shakes either. Brilliant work. Thanks Mr Hough.

Well said Mr Hough,OI's dont work,they drag players out of position and screw up the tactics.
The new wizard tactic is fooking awsome. Managing Burnley 1st season and challenging for europe. Well done sir. Maybe i was wrong accusing woody of cheating.

The tactic is not a cheat tactic but i do think the ME struggles against teams who play with 3 strikers. This was confirmed to me in my last save when i noticed Genoa who you might know play a 343 formation finished 2nd in the first season then in the second season they won the Italian League and Champions League with a very average team.

Not quite true. I got Darlo into the Prem and Europe using them. Your obviously doing something wrong.

Great Tactics Mr Hough. The JP Woody version is my favorite for a few reasons.
1. It uses a Target Man.
2. I can now use different strategy's
3. Less Injuries and players dont get tired as quick.
4. More solid at the back.

Its working really well for me.
I think its fair to say its mainly noobs who are having probs with the tactics.
