Personal opinion on eagle:
I really like this tactic even more than piranha. The wingers rip their defence apart. While the midfielder launce your wingers with nifty passes. It's very usefull to have at least 1 'creative midfielder', prefereably 2 though so they can be compensated by a defensive midfielder a la Touré. Your Defence needs to be fast like tyler says, it really helps. Seriously this tactic is great. My squad wasn't the best by far, I even had alot of injuries and suspended players. Good job Tyler!

Thanks for the tactic Tyler, it's working reasonably well for me at the moment.
Is anyone else having a big problem with injuries? I'm in the championship and get absolutely loads which I don't think is helping as I can't get a reasonably settled side. In my last game I had 5 injuries and after the game found that 3 out of my defenders were going to miss the next few games.
Nope I am doing kind of ok with injuries.

Experience so far:
Creates lots of chances after players get used to it. Currently I got my wingers with opposite foot apposed to position, works great as long as they can pull of actions. They can either shoot theirselves or put your striker 1 to 1 with goalkeeper. So far won all the matches but a draw to Aston Villa, which was the first match and even there I should've won.

Will try eagle with this tactic, I am at the start of the season, just played 1 match so got time to adapt to it. If you got any suggestions for players, tell me now I have transfer money left

Edit: First win against reserves from AZ, they were predicted winner: 4-2 Homewin
Second win versus AFC, away win 0-3
Third win versus quick '20 Away win 0-5
/missing key player for 5-6 weeks
First loss versus Fortuna Sittard 0-1 away loss
Fourth win versus AGOVV 1-0 home win
Fifth win versus Go Ahead 1-2 away win /dominated the match
First draw versus Telstar 1-1 home draw. was the better team, didn't finish chances
Second draw versus Dordrecht away draw. My striker managed to miss a free chance no goalie :s
Second loss versus Helmond Sport 0-1 away loss, hate my striker
Third loss versus Veendam 1-2 Home loss
Fourth loss versus MVV 1-2 away loss.
experience so far: I like this new tactic. It might even be/get better than V6, just this team sucks.

There isn't any copy/paste and play tactic for away. even for the ones at home.
If you want just to copy/paste it, then respect the player instructions when buying or selecting a player in the first team and the training schedules. Tyler did an excellent job and I'm sure that you can't fail.
For away game you have to adapt . If it's not working like it is from the start, see your opponent strenght, ( OI - look for key passes from your opponent and close it down from previous matches and the one you're playing, etc), how you're opponent plays ( if defensive, offensive etc ), formation, pitch condition ( if narrow, if long ), odds etc. If you are underdog, defend more. If you play with a weak side, then use like tyler build it .
If you're leading, then adjust also, if you're opponent is playing better then you, do the stuff mentioned above. Remember that you can not win every single game or competition. Have patience , stick to it and adjust it to every game, especially away.
I don't change anything when playing home. And in 3 seasons, I lost only 1 game at home against Lyon ( me being PSG) and 1 against Arsenal in UCL. Even so, in those games I was the better team.
Try anything else, but I'm sure that if you look for long term results this is the tactic for you, even if you are a decent team and not the best in the specific league are you playing.
Another thing, that I recommend, don't play with players with condition less then 93-94 at the start of the game, or of course tired. Also, if possible with good morale. But this will come sooner or later.

Yeah, for away I mostly adjust mentality and passing pace with 2 or 3 too the left. Works for me. Lost quarter final in Cl from barca I was the better team playing Ajax though.

V6 worked great in my Nottingham Forest game's first season, with some good signings (loaded all players from Slovenia and France) I ended up winning the Championship.
For my first season at Premiership I tried to get players with the recommended stats that are mentioned in the OP, however so far the season has been pretty much a disaster for me.
Here are the results so far:
Bolton H 1:1
Liverpool A 1:4
Chelsea H 0:2
Man City A 1:4
Q.P.R. H 4:1
Sunderland A 0:1
Arsenal A 1:4
Aston Villa H 2:2
Wigan H 1:1
Blackburn A 2:2
Everton H 1:2
Fulham A 1:4 (!!!)

It's the amount of conceded goals that worries me the most... I'm 18th in the league and I think that if I continue getting battered by teams like Fulham 1-4, I'm gonna get sacked soon.

Maybe you shold reforce your defense with fasters players like: Zapata ( Udinese), Fazio ( Sevilla), Cáceres (Barcelona), Geromel ( Colonia), ...
Like Tyler said in Europe , against strongers teams, you can "To tweak V6 defensively, lower tempo, team mentality and defensive line."

Afraid I cannot buy those players, since it's sept 2012 in-game now, those players play at AC milan juve etcetera, my team would be a step back for them.

I am using your tactic, they're working great for the league, but won't work in Europe yet....
Lost Euro cup final from Milan, my whole midfield was injured. I never get further than 1/8 final in CL, any tips?
Any recommendations for players, I have quite a bit to spend?
Also can I put my wingers AMR/AML insteal of ML/MR, or will this suck?
