[Pitch not displaying during match!]

Hi during an actual match the pitch and players are not showing up and the screen is just purple like in the attached pics.

i’ve tried watching in classic 2D mode also but still no joy...

Strange thing is though, if I click highlights after the game is finished in the match result screen the highlights work great!

any suggestions please?x
