Digging deeper, it looks like the crossing attribute is broken across the board for newgens. Just made a database search with FMSE for newgens with crossing 16 or above, regardless of position, and there is only one. Lowered to 15, and there are 4 in the world. If i lower to 14, i get 20 newgen players in the world with crossing 14 or above in the entire world.
